Shipping and Processing

We are committed to providing the best products and services to our customers. Please read our shipping and processing policy carefully to understand how we operate.

Processing time

The time it takes to get your order prepped and packed in our warehouse before shipment. Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping time

The time it takes to deliver to your door after we drop your package off with USPS. This typically takes 3–5 business days depending on where you are located. If your order is going outside of the United States, it will take longer.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on all US orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 are charged based on weight, shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping

We ship our butters, Hot Girl Hot Sauce Body Oils, scrubs, washes and glosses to the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Perfumes ship to US addresses only. Fragrance is classed as a flammable liquid for air shipping, so perfumes and any bundle or box that includes a perfume are not available outside the US.

  • Duties and taxes are collected at checkout. The total you see at checkout includes import duties and taxes for your country, so there are no surprise fees at your door.

  • Delivery time: orders are processed in 2–3 business days, then typically arrive in 6–15 business days depending on destination and customs. Customs delays are outside our control.

  • Address accuracy: please double-check your address and phone number. Packages returned for an incorrect address or refused delivery can be re-shipped at the customer's cost.

  • Free shipping at $75 applies to US orders only.
